a. You acknowledge that all content uploaded, transmitted, or stored through the Service is the sole responsibility of the individual who uploaded or provided the content. Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any content on the Service.
b. You shall not upload, transmit, or store any content that violates any applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property rights.
c. You can not upload:
I. Pornography content that includes people who aren't in their complete mental health.
II. Pornography content that including animal/s, or humans who are in positions with animal/s.
III. Pornography content with including any real rape or force in any way.
IV: Materials that incite terrorism, support it, or even sympathize with it in any way.
All of this materials can be deleted by embedgram.com without claim or report, and user will be deleted without warning.
d. Provider respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. If you suspect that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please contact us at contact[a.t]embedrise.com
Provider complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please notify Provider's designated DMCA agent, identified below, in writing with the following information:
I. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
II. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
III. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
IV. Sufficient information to permit Provider to locate the material, such as the URL of the infringing content.
V. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
VI. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
VII. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Provider collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Provider does not permit the upload, transmission, or storage of sexually explicit content involving minors or content that violates the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Users found to be in violation will be subject to account suspension or termination, and any relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
